...The Port of Pascagoula, the largest seaport in Mississippi, is a full-service
deep water port with two harbors - the West Habor on the Pascagoula River and
East Habor on Bayou Casotte. The harbors are a combination of public and
private terminals.
...The East Habor is the location of Bayou Casotte Industrial Park, established
in 1954. Tenants include the Chevron Pascagoula Refinery, one of the largest
refineries in the nation and Chevron's biggest. Other tenants include Mississippi
Phosphates and First Chemical, owned by DuPont.
